    Biography

    Kelly Harris is an experienced Paralegal in the field of Immigration with over 12 years practicing in the field. She first began her career as a Paralegal in Montreal, after graduating from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.  During this time, she quickly moved into a Managerial Role, overseeing the Full Service Relocation Department of a small boutique immigration firm. In this role she was responsible for recruiting Foreign Workers looking to move to Canada from Europe and subsequently working with employers to secure Labour Market Opinions (Now known as Labour Market Impact Assessments).  Following this role, she continued to hold management roles in two other large scale Immigration Departments where she managed teams of paralegals and continued to work on Work Permits, Permanent Residence, Sponsorship and Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds applications.

    Kelly specializes specifically in the Construction industry throughout Western Canada however is very knowledgeable on a variety of industries throughout Canada, including Quebec.
